Watermelon jicama salad
What you'll need:
1 cup jicama, peeled and cubed
1 cup watermelon, cubed
1/2 small red onion sliced thin
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Juice from two limes
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients as toss lightly. A great summer side dish!!!
